It stages claim files on a compact always-on computer at your site, then syncs to NeoClaim. Clearinghouse submits use NeoClaim’s trading partner ID — not a TPID on the Box. Exact hardware may vary; photos are illustrative.
Where do claim files live?

What about PHI?
Treat production claim files like any billing workstation: encryption, access control, least privilege. Do not put PHI in the public request form or general email. We confirm intake channels before any file exchange.
